金剛大道 Jinkang Trail
金剛大道有「長濱的伯朗大道」之美稱,為環狀道路,騎著單車既能欣賞金剛山,也能眺望太平洋,享受天海一線的美景。隨著季節的變換,大道兩旁一整片梯田的顏色也會跟著變化,一路上甚至沒有一根電線杆,讓人更能盡情享受原始自然的美。沿著大道行進,會經過忠勇部落及長光社區,兩者都是新石器時代晚期的麒麟文化(巨石文化)的遺址所在地,對歷史考古特別感興趣的旅客在欣賞風景之餘,也能一探在地歷史文化。

Jinkang Trail, known to be the “Mr.Brown Avenue of Changbin”, has a bike path that gives you stunning views of the Jinkang mountains and the Pacific ocean. There you can gaze upon the beautiful scenery of where the ocean meets the sky, and as the seasons change, you can see the different colors of the terraced fields. You can appreciate the unblemished beauty of nature without a single telephone pole in sight. Following along the bike trail, you will pass by Zhongyong tribal village and Changguang Community, both sites have remnants from the late neolithic period. Visitors with an archaeological interest can explore the local history and culture while enjoying the beautiful scenery.

余水知歡民宿 Yujoy Homestay 雙濱共好店家
「余水知歡」民宿位於真柄部落,鄰近無垠的稻田,環繞大自然田園美景。這裡原本是退休公務員歸隱山林的處所,後透過公益平台基金會協助,改建並定位為原住民返鄉就業計畫及部落人才培育的基地。
在這裡,雖然沒有豪華的裝潢,但每一個房間都能遠眺無垠的太平洋海景,民宿背面即是金剛山,有山、有海、有田,彷彿身處於詩意的山嵐之間。房間內備有Wi-Fi和音響,為了讓旅客能夠真正地休息放鬆,房內不設電視。民宿提供簡單而特色的早餐,如:手作麵包、果醬和茶點,公共空間設有微波爐、烤箱和冰箱,方便旅客使用。此外,民宿還展售部落長輩的農產品,也推廣長濱在地的無毒有機米。

"Yu Joy" bed and breakfast, located in the Makrahay tribal area, sits beside vast rice fields, and is surrounded by picturesque countryside. Originally the retreat of a retired civil servant, it was later renovated with the help of The Alliance Cultural Foundation, to be used as a base to provide employment opportunities for returning tribal youth and to cultivate their talent.
Although the decoration is simple, each room offers panoramic views of the boundless Pacific Ocean, with Mount Jingang in the back. Surrounded by mountains, sea, and rice fields, “Yu Joy” seems to be enveloped in a poetic mountain mist. The rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and sound systems, but with no televisions so guests can truly relax. Simple breakfast including homemade bread, jams, and pastries are provided. Moreover, the common area has a microwave, oven, and refrigerator. “Yu Joy” also sells agricultural products from tribal elders and promotes Longbin's locally grown, non-toxic, organic rice.

"Yu Joy" firmly believes that it is not only a place for visitors to stay, but also a platform for giving back to the tribe. It offers training and employment opportunities to tribe members, encouraging them to reach their potentials, and helps transition traditional industries. It purchases wild vegetables and poultry raised by tribal elders, supports local farmers, and creates a sustainable supply chain from farm to table. It upholds the preservation of indigenous languages, native knowledge about the mountain and sea, and the educational rights of rural children.

“Yu Joy” advocates water conservation, uses eco-friendly cleaning products, and treats wastewater before it is discharged into streams and coasts. They do not provide disposable plastic bottled water or utensils, practice waste sorting and recycling, and encourage guests to join them in carbon reduction efforts to support reforestation and ocean restoration.

書粥 Su-Zhou
一間位於長濱的獨立二手書店,老闆高耀威從台南跑到長濱,以非常別緻的方式經營著。自己動手整理房屋,做木工,店內的擺設來自「淘汰品」,卻自個兒有一番風味。書粥最特別之處在於「顧店換宿」的經營方式,甚至在地下室準備了一間房間給暫時店主。除了讓都市的朋友們有一個喘息的空間,更重要的是,店主希望以慢慢滲透的方式,自然而然地讓書粥,進入長濱朋友的生活中。書粥也提供「暫放小孩」的托育服務,書店中的繪本區,可以讓孩子們待上好幾個鐘頭,也常有親子來此共讀。

Owner Gao Yao-Wei came to Changbin from Tainan, and opened the only second-hand bookstore in Changbin. He operates his bookstore in a very unique manner. He personally takes care of all the chores and cleaning in the store, is his own carpenter, and uses discarded items to decorate his store. Thus, creating a unique environment within the bookstore. Su-zhou is run by having individuals run the store in exchange for room and board. The bookstore provides a room in the basement for the temporary store manager. The store owner hopes to not only provide friends from the city a place to rest, but also allow Su-Zhou to slowly become deeply embedded within the lives of friends in Changbin. Su-Zhou also provides a children daycare services, where children can immerse themselves for hours in the bookstore’s picture book section. The picture book section also provides a place for parent and child to read together.

近20年定居在台東都蘭的安聖惠(峨冷.魯魯安),是屏東好茶部落魯凱族人,擅長複合媒材雕塑與環境裝置創作,是台灣原住民藝術家中備受國際矚目與認可的女性藝術家。台東鐵花村裡的「木空間」,就是安聖惠的傑作。2018台灣東海岸大地藝術節,邀請12位來自國內外重量級藝術家至東海岸展開為期一個多月的駐地創作,安聖惠以鋼鐵、竹與木在寧埔遊憩區打造了「放在那邊的海」。她以一種非常日常的方式,描述阿美族怎麼看這個海

An Shenghui (Eleng Luluan) has resided in Dulan, Taitung for the last 20 years. She is a Rukai Tribe member from Pingtung’s Kucapungane Tribal village. Her talent lies in her mixed media sculptures and environmental installations. She is a female artist who has received both local and international attention, and gained recognition among other aborigines artists in Taiwan. Taitung Tiehua Music Village’s “Wooden Space” is one of An Shenghui’s artworks. In 2018 during the Taiwan East Coast Land Arts Festival where 12 local and international artists were invited to the east coast for a 1 month art retreat, An Shenghui created “The Sea over there” out of bamboo, steel, and wood. Through a simplistic and everyday method, she was able to express the Amis Tribe’s view of the ocean.

長濱金剛米 Changbin Jingang Rice
凱耀,原先與大多數東部青年一樣,都市曾是他的圓夢地,夢想能夠成為一名棒球員。在一次受傷回家協助父親處理農務的過程中,意識到這些年來家鄉潛在的隱憂與變化。單純的想法因而影響了凱耀,促使他回鄉投入農業,並且渴望能夠靠自己的力量帶動長濱。幽默且熱情的凱耀,對於長濱的文化且農業相關的知識都有一定了解,因此藉由單車漫遊,除了能夠感受到他的熱情,也能更深入了解長濱的故事。

Kai-Yao, like many young Taiwanese in eastern Taiwan, dreamed of making a life for himself in the city. His dream was to be a baseball player. However, after sustaining another injury, he was sent home to help his father with the farming.Soon, he found himself noticing the changes and obstacles taking place in his hometown over the last couple of years. His observations motivated him to move back home and invest in the local agriculture. Through his own efforts, he hoped to inspire change in Changbin. Kai-Yao is funny, passionate, and has a strong understanding of the local culture and agriculture. Kai-Yao also guides bicycle tours around Changbin. As a tour guide Kai-Yao’s passion and enthusiasm is contagious, and through this experience you will also gain a deeper understanding of the story of Changbin.

慕樂諾斯自然農法香草園不施用農藥與化學藥劑,以自然農法、友善土地的方式耕作,培養、維持了在地品種的多樣性,有機的在地食材讓鄰近餐廳主廚也十分喜愛,常指名採用慕樂諾斯香草園的有機蔬菜!

The all-natural Mornos Herb Garden does not use any pesticides and chemicals. The Mornos Herb Garden uses natural and environmentally-friendly farming techniques to cultivate and maintain local agriculture. The completely organic produce from Mornos Herb Garden is a favorite among local head chefs and is often highly requested!

In addition, the Mornos Herb garden is a platform for members of the Yong-fu tribe to share their lives with the world. Mornos Herb Garden owners, Li Deng-Yong and Sun Pei-Fang encouraged the Yong-fu tribe to start practicing natural-farming techniques, and cultivating organic and environmentally-friendly produce. This experience helped form stronger bonds within the tribe, and also helped boost local morale.

「巨大少年Giant Boy」是長濱市區街上新興的咖啡店,2015年12月正式開業。老闆是高雄人,讀中文系,因為喜愛長濱鄉美麗的自然環境,而有了移居長濱生活的念頭。老闆說: 我們就在這開咖啡館,只是想要好好過生活而已。我們沒有遠大的理想,工作到了一個年紀,覺得存的錢足夠了,就來台東開店,過自己想過的生活。

小小的店內老闆不刻意的招呼聲以及自在的生活態度,帶給客人們很不一樣的消費經驗,咖啡館的咖啡以手沖單品為主,老闆也烘豆子,讓喜歡咖啡的人能買回家自己沖泡。老闆喜歡閱讀,也讓店內有種舒適悠閒的閱讀空間氛圍;如果想喝杯具有在地感的咖啡,「黑糖咖啡」是強力推薦品項,它添加了來自在地「阿貴伯」種植的白甘蔗做的黑糖,有種特別的風味。

真柄壹號倉是由一個荒廢的穀倉改建而成,色彩繽紛的原民藝術建築。在地居民吳鳳美將其開設成風味餐廳與民宿,室內更是擺放了許多鳳美的手作編織。命名為「壹號倉」是源自於鳳美對於真柄部落發展的期望,因為鳳美希望這代表部落中第一個閒置空間的再利用,期望返鄉青年也開設自己的特色小店,以後就會有貳號倉、參號倉等。

海鹽爺爺工作室Mornos Cuisine
海鹽爺爺工作室主打阿美文化導覽及海鹽製作體驗。早期部落製鹽非常困難,永福部落蔡班長為將阿美族傳統製鹽文化故事保存及重現,總是天剛亮便至海邊取水,以傳統大爐灶不斷烹煮長濱在地乾淨的海水8小時,再換小鍋續炒成海鹽。三年前更是意外煮出鹹度低,會回甘的金字塔鹽,成為全球為數不多,且是台灣唯一的金字塔鹽產地。

The Mornos Cuisine mainly focuses on Amis culture and guiding sea salt workshops. In the past, it was very difficult to produce sea salt in the tribe. In order to preserve the Amis tradition of making salt, the Mornos Tribe leader, Tsai, would collect water from the ocean at dawn, and spend 8 hours slowly evaporating the water in a large pot, then slowly roast the salt in a smaller pot. Three years ago, they accidentally produced a low-sodium, and slightly sweet sea salt flakes. This led to the establishment of one of the only producers of sea salt flakes in the world, and the only one in Taiwan.

【位於長濱天主堂的吳神父足底按摩】

「我是在瑞士出生的台灣人。」祖籍瑞士,隸屬天主教白冷教會的吳若石神父在30歲時來到台灣東部傳教,一待就是50年。

初來乍到長濱的吳神父因水土不服,引發嚴重的關節炎,從一本德文腳底按摩書中學習到有效舒緩疼痛的方法後,透過傳授腳底按摩技術,改善當地人的健康,也希望此技術能幫助他們謀生,改善生計。

吳神父的腳底按摩如今不只在台東地區,也遍佈全台灣,甚至香港、中國大陸都能看到相關書籍及許多以吳神父命名的腳底按摩店。

Father Wu’s Foot Massage is located in the Changbin Catholic Church. “I’m a Swiss born Taiwanese.” Originally from Switzerland, and belonging to the Catholic church of Bethlehem, Father Wu Ruo-Shi came to the Eastern part of Taiwan at the age of 30 to preach, and there he stayed for 50 years.

At first, Father Wu was unaccustomed to the way of life and soon developed a serious case of arthritis. He studied a German book on foot massages and learned how to alleviate pain. By teaching foot massage techniques, Father Wu hopes to not only improve the health of locals, but also help them earn a living, and improve their lives.

Father Wu’s foot massage is not only located in the Taitung area, but also located throughout Taiwan, Hongkong, and China.

谷泥悠的老闆Leo是當地的原住民青年,露營區以父親名字來命名,是一個充滿原住民元素的梯田式露營區,露營區雖無華麗的裝飾,卻處處都能見到融入原住民語彙的設計巧思。

Leo, the owner of Gu Ni Yo campsite, is a young local aborigine who named the campsite after his father. The terraced campsite is full of aboriginal elements. Although the campsite doesn’t have luxurious and opulent decorations, the campsite is full of rich aboriginal language and design techniques.

八仙洞 Baxian Cave
長濱三間村的面海峭壁歷經千年海浪的拍打、侵蝕,形成了數十個天然的海蝕洞穴。厚實、沉重的岩紋綿延至海蝕洞的頂端,深淺交錯的岩壁成為旅客的拍照首選。除了大自然鬼斧神工的雕刻之外,當地人們的宗教色彩、所建造的寺廟,也為此一景點添加了一分神秘的氣息。

另外,長濱海岸也蘊藏著史前人們生活的痕跡,走進八仙洞步道,也可說是踏入兩萬年前的歷史足跡,重溫舊石器時代長濱文化的先陶文化。

The coastal cliffs of Sanjian Village in Changbin, has endured the impact of waves crashing against the cliffside for thousands of years, eroding away to form dozens of natural sea caves. Deep textures and patterns of the cave strata extends from the floor to ceiling, creating the perfect backdrop for travelers to take pictures.

In addition, the caves contain remnants of the lives of prehistoric people. You can walk through the cave in the footsteps of those that came 2 million years before us, and experience the Paleolithic culture of the people of Changbin.

烏石鼻 Wushibi
烏石鼻海岸有著全台最大面積的柱狀火山岩體,也是長濱鄉內一座寧靜的漁港。在海岸邊高起的岩石上有一座涼亭,是欣賞海上風光的最佳位置,可一邊感受海風的吹拂,一邊欣賞太平洋的美景。

Wushibi coast is the largest volcanic rock mass in Taiwan, and houses one of Changbin’s idyllic fishing ports. High above the coast on a rock sits a pavilion, one of the best locations with a stunning ocean view. There you can feel the sea breeze as you gaze out on the beautiful Pacific ocean.

At a secretive sea-viewing location in Changbin, Shinlong Garden is a sky garden that sits in the middle of the coastal mountain side. From a low-altitude mountain point, you can look out on the majestic Pacific ocean with an 180 degree ocean view. The garden provides an ocean-view pavilion, a flower ocean walkway, an observation deck, and afternoon tea (though you’ll have to make reservations!). Looking out from the garden cliffs you can see as far as Sanxiantai (三仙台), and if you’re lucky you can see the faint outline of Green island. 主廚小麗在台灣西部工作多年後決定與丈夫一同回到家鄉生活,從來沒有正式學過廚藝課程的小麗對待客人就像招待自己的親友,端出的都是家常菜,充滿生活的味道,而從事造型設計的才華發揮到擺盤上讓盤中的菜餚更令人食指大動。食材的選用大多是長濱當地的海鮮及蔬菜,但小麗偶爾也會進口一些海鮮讓經常回流的客人有新鮮的變化可嚐,去過的饕客都讚不絕口,多次再訪!

哈地喇小吃
哈地喇店內是十分傳統的台灣小吃店擺設,炒飯炒麵、各式熱炒、水餃、米苔目等幾乎樣樣都是哈地喇的招牌菜色,完全不怕踩地雷。

「哈地喇」是阿美族語「就這樣、就是如此」的意思,與店家給人的印象一樣,十分樸實又平價親民,老闆會將當日限定的特殊菜色掛在櫃台上方,用餐時段店內經常高朋滿座,在地人也經常光顧!

「菲律賓的花費、夏威夷般享受」有饕客這麼形容。餐點包含冷盤前菜、肉類、海鮮、野菜湯、水果,煮得軟硬適中的長濱米讓人忍不住就會續上好幾碗!特別提醒大家為了確保食材的新鮮不囤放,老闆只接受電話至少提前一天的預約喔!

聽風說故事1500坪的園區僅有二間房,最多可以住七個人,二組客人,門前就是廣袤的太平洋,後倚金剛山,夜有滿天繁星。不幫旅客煮早餐,但有準備好食材,是為了讓旅客睡到自然醒,簡單加熱就可以享用了,不必受時間的制約而影響了睡眠時間,想多睡,想早起,都隨心

竹湖山居 雙濱共好店家
「竹湖山居」坐落在立山面海的環境之中,是由阿田與美菊耕耘的有機農園,景色優美、生態豐富,被譽為賞鳥的絕佳勝地。這裡的特點之一是阿田對樹木的熱愛,以及他滿懷各式生態知識,三十年來種植了數萬棵樹木,讓這片土地充滿生機。

農園提供民宿空間,共有三種房型,每間都可住2至4人,房內配備觀星浴缸、淋浴間、音響、景觀閱讀區,室內外均有 WIFI。民宿提供的美味餐食也是一大亮點,包括的長濱漁港鮮魚,以及長濱市場的鄰里作物,更有自家種植的野菜蔬果。這裡絕不能錯過的是台灣最長的500公尺樹冠滑索,還有三索橋和藤蔓路,而夏天也舉辦青年夏令營。

"JUHU" is an organic farm nestled in the picturesque environment facing the Pacific Ocean. Owned by A-Tian and Mei-Ju, this ecologically rich area is renowned for bird-watching, A-Tian's passion in tree planting, and more than 30 years of extensive ecological knowledge. Accommodation includes three room types for 2-4 people, with star-gazing bathtubs, shower facilities, Wi-Fi, and scenic reading areas. Meals feature fresh seafood from nearby port, local produce, and homegrown veggies/fruits. Not to be missed here is Taiwan's longest 500-meter canopy zip line, along with rope bridges and vine trails. In the summer, JUHU hosts youth camps for A-Tian envisions an outdoor plant classroom and a shell mound conservation center, along with focuses on public service.

民宿於2004年發想,由七位擁有相同夢想的女性共同創辦。這裡是一個太平洋邊的避世角落,適合尋找寧靜的旅人,來到這裡閱讀、品味咖啡及美食。這裡提供雙人房和單人房,每間房間都設有簡易廚房可供使用。民宿為客人準備美味的手工麵包、咖啡和水果,客人可依照自己意思製作早餐。公共區域還有一個手工生活物件展售空間,販售自製果醬、手工巧克力、布飾、陶作、耳環等精湛工藝品。

"Gray Black Orange Yellow" is situated along the coast, offering guests a chance to immerse themselves in the Pacific Ocean and breathtaking sunrises. The entire guesthouse is named after four colors: gray, black, orange, and yellow, hoping to inspire travelers to adopt a more leisurely pace with serenity, and rejuvenate their minds and bodies. Thought in 2004 by seven visionary women, this tranquil corner by the Pacific Ocean is the perfect place for reading, savoring coffee, and relishing delicious cuisine. The guesthouse offers both double and single rooms, equipped with simple kitchen setup. Guests can find handmade bread, coffee, and fruits available for their own breakfast preparation. 位於金剛山腳下的「沐山民宿」,是主人夫婦將他們的家變身為與大自然親近的民宿空間,也是他們兩人的夢想實現。為了放慢腳步,這裡只接待續住兩晚以上的旅客,並提供三種房型;一樓的溪房三人房、二樓的發呆雙人房,或是樓中樓的樹房雙人房。早餐有女主人提供的當季蔬果以及美味的手工麵包,這裡的傢俱都呈現自然質樸的風貌,彷彿回到了溫馨的家。

公共空間中有小小的閱讀區,旅客能在此沈浸在文學與音樂的世界,找到屬於自己的舒適角落。也有簡單的廚房配備,讓旅客能在這個寧靜的空間中輕鬆嘗試製作一些不生油煙的輕食料理。

Located at the foot of Mount Jingang, “Moon Mountain B&B” is a dream come true for the couple who have transformed their home into a guesthouse that fosters a deep connection with nature. They offer three types of rooms: the Creek Room, accommodating three guests on the ground floor; the Contemplation Room, designed for two guests on the first floor; and the Tree Room, a loft-style double room. To promote a more leisurely pace of life, they now exclusively welcome guests who stay for a minimum of two nights. For breakfast, the hostess serves seasonal fruits and homemade bread. The overall furniture in this space radiates a natural and rustic cozy-home charm. In the common areas, guests can find a small reading corner and a simple kitchen setup.

坐落於梯田間的「山腳下的金剛芭比」民宿,可以欣賞山勢壯麗的金剛山與遠處的海洋。白色建築巧妙地融入山坡之間,別具一格,這裡共有三間雙人房,每間房間皆配備Wi-Fi和小冰箱,早上有女主人親自準備的豐盛早餐,除了自家種植的蔬菜外,還有來自當地小農的土雞蛋和水果。為維護鄉村夜晚的寧靜,晚上七點後需要自行辦理入住手續。
這裡不以名設計師的建築風格為名,而是主人夫婦精心經營的溫馨環境。旅客可以被山景、海景和田野美景包圍,無論是漫步於附近小徑,仰望無光害的星空,或是在寧靜夜晚入眠,都能與大自然親近共處。

"Gǔ Róng Yìng Shuǐ Eco Park" is situated in Zhangyuan Village, Changbin, surrounded by the mountains of Nanxi Tribe near the ocean. The park features scattered "emperor stones," creatively incorporated into its architecture. With pleasant weather year-round, it's an ideal place to connect with nature and find one’s inner peace. Century-old banyan trees and Taiwan fagus wood add to its charm. There's a natural hiking trail crafted by the owner and his son, and guided by banyan tree experts.

浮定咖啡 ╳ 混水摸魚
台東浮定咖啡屋同時也是文化基地「混水摸魚」,以阿美族角度引領旅人接近海洋。獨木舟代替傳統竹筏,傳達以海維生的精神,划船、跳水等活動也幫助旅人突破對海的心理障礙。除此之外,還能品嚐現採現煮的阿美族火鍋,與編織、潮間帶等玩法,帶領體驗東海岸的本色。

樟原長老教會
樟原教會歷經多次建堂,前三次均為茅草屋建築,現今的船型外觀為1980年所建,當時教堂受颱風侵襲受損,原本只想由部落人民自己完成修繕,後竟突發奇想,改造成方舟形式,成為阿美族居民學習諾亞重建精神所蓋的一座教會。

這艘「大船」教堂有三層樓高,頂層是會議室及客房,一、二樓是挑高式的禮拜堂,建材惟一般的水泥鋼筋結構,也變成樟原部落的地標與景點。

樟原位在台東縣東海岸最北端,當地居民以阿美族群居多,多數以務農、雜工、捕魚為業。在樟原村南端的「樟原橋」,共有老、中、新三座橋,平行排列橫跨在水母丁溪上,因為地勢高低不一,形成特殊的景觀,東管處因此設置「樟原橋休息區」。其中老橋建於1937年,是現今保存最完整的東海岸日據時期橋樑,以卵石砌成完美的三段圓拱橋墩,靜靜佇立在溪谷巨岩上,展現古樸風情的自然景觀。樟原橋位在台11線77.5公里處,經過時可以慢下車速與腳步,欣賞這座古樸的橋樑。

巴歌浪是阿美族慶典結束的一個儀式,族人們藉由到溪河或海中捕魚,洗清所有的喜怒哀樂並洗淨所有的煩擾,一切放下,並重新出發。有著渾厚扎實好歌喉的哈旺創作了許多在部落豐年祭或聚會活動中廣為傳唱的歌曲,2001年返鄉當起了陸地上的船屋船長,16年後終於盼到兒子里艾返鄉,一同在家鄉土地找回自信,將阿美族傳統文化在餐桌上呈現給到訪的旅人。

旅食盒子創始於2016年的石梯坪海岸,早期以出攤的方式遊牧在東海岸各個大小市集。

2021年紮根在長濱樟原,前方面山、後院是海,二樓空間提供背包住宿,是旅人溫暖安心的駐所,一樓除了提供夜宿旅人營養豐盛的早餐,也在早午餐時段對外開放。

擁有理工腦袋的阿寬,喜歡研究各種器具修繕,民宿大大小小的零件修復,大多靠他鑽研處理;偶爾解決旅人朋友車輪刺破的突發狀況、還解救過好幾個鑰匙鎖在車內的困境。

旅食盒子這間30年的房子,也多是靠兩人徒手整理而成。

旅行經驗豐富的仔仔,則是清楚旅人一切所需,而打造溫暖的住所,希望在感官皆須打開的旅行中,夜宿不只是有一個床位歇息,而是能讓身心都感覺安放,充飽電力再出發。

食堂裡的醃漬料理,是將部落裡餐桌的常備菜:fukah(酸筍)、siraw(醃肉)、anato(醃魚)。過去部落的生活型態,經濟條件不富裕,醃漬與煙燻是保存珍貴食材的方法,也延伸了適合的料理方式。通常是重要場合與節慶,或是大人物的來訪,才有機會嚐一嚐。
只是現在吃的選擇變多,當沒有人想吃醃漬菜,部落裡的長輩就漸漸收手不再製作了,在傳統原民的食智慧成為回憶之前,一耕食堂將原民醃漬作為料理的核心精神,與其他食物做結合,符合大眾普遍能接受的味道,逐步征服攻陷旅人挑嘴的味蕾。

來到長濱,舞嗨絕對是最「美」的文化空間。這裡說的美是阿美族的「美」喔 ~嚴選在地食材、香料、鹹豬肉製作獨一無二的阿「美」族Pizza,還有部落媽媽手作風味餐。不用預約,對店家巧雲來說,美食是讓旅客認識在地文化的媒介,「我希望旅人能留在這裡四、五天,把腳步放慢,用心去感受這邊的風、竹林、陽光、海水,會感覺到內心的能量被激發!」。舞嗨也提供小車屋住宿體驗~

In Changbin, Wu-Hai is definitely the most beautiful cultural space. Here, travelers can experience the beauty of the Amis tribe by trying unique Amis pizza made from local ingredients and salted pork, and homemade tribal-style meals made by tribal mothers. No reservation is required.

Qiao Yun, the owner, believes food is a channel for travelers to learn about the local culture. "I hope travelers can stay here for four to five days, slow down and feel the wind, the bamboo forest, sunlight, and the seawater with their hearts. It will kindle the energy within them!" Wu-Hai also offers limited accommodations.

Regarding SDGs, Qiao Yun says, "The Amis way of life has always been at the forefront of SDGs." They eat seasonal products and only take what is needed. Wu-Hai is plastic-free, and does not provide take-out boxes, straws, or plastic bottles. Instead, they have a water dispenser for travelers to refill their water bottles.

In addition to sharing Amis culture with travelers, Qiao Yun also organizes lectures, activities, and cultural exchanges for the tribal youth. She hopes the Amis youth will realize that they are in a position to inherit and preserve the Amis culture.

「彎進來景觀餐廳」不只有無敵海景,餐桌上的創意料理更是每每讓旅人感到驚艷!嚴選當季、購買當地最新鮮食材,如日本禿頭鯊、飛魚製作料理。孫麗華說:「我找到當地的食材、沒有污染的蔬菜、香料、薑黃,學習在地人方式料理,再加入一些自己的創意,形成特色風味,這就是料理最有趣的地方!」。外省口味獅子頭,絕對令人再三回味。在這裡很容易遇到對的人,建議至少三天兩夜,深度慢遊,體會雙濱的好山好水。

"Wan Jin Lai" restaurant not only offers unbeatable sea views, but also many creative cuisines. Dishes are prepared with carefully selected seasonal and local ingredients, such as the monk goby and the flying fish. Sun Li-hua says, "I find local ingredients, clean vegetables and spices, and learn to cook like the locals. Then I add my own ideas to create new flavors. That's why cooking is so interesting!" Dishes, such as the lion's head meatballs, which are served here, will definitely leave a lasting impression. It's easy to meet other travelers here as well, and it is best to stay at least three days to fully experience the beautiful mountains and ocean in the area.

彎進來的民宿原本不想裝冷氣,但氣候地球暖化太嚴重,更覺得環保的重要。環境清潔使用不傷害身體的檸檬海鹽、有效去油分解的食用級蘇打,檸檬酸取代起泡劑,不污染海洋天然的無患子做清洗劑,也有自己的污水過濾系統,希望用之於環境,也要把乾淨的水還給自然。不提供一次性用品為原則,希望帶給旅客綠色旅遊的環保概念。

Originally, “Wan Jin Lai” didn't want to install air conditioning at its guesthouse. However, global warming has left them with no choice. It has also made them realize the importance of environmental protection. As a result, “Wan Jin Lai” uses environmentally friendly cleaning products, such as lemon sea salt which doesn't harm the body, food-grade baking soda that effectively removes oil, lemon acid instead of foaming agents, and natural soap nuts for cleaning that does not pollute the ocean. They also installed their own sewage filtration system, so they would return clean water to the environment. Single-use products are not provided, so guests can enjoy an eco-friendly travel experience.

民宿主人明慧姐以天然無農藥的野菜及民宿周圍種植、自然生長的香椿、刺蔥、木瓜、芭蕉和香蕉等作物入菜,加上手工烘培不添加任何防腐劑的麵包,製作色香味俱全的蔬食早餐。

“Chun Guo Inn” bed and breakfast is named after its owner's beloved parents. It houses only one group of guests at a time, so visitors can immerse themselves in its unbeatable sea views and relax their minds. Minghui, the owner, seeks a simple lifestyle and hopes that this warm haven can provide tranquility for the travelers' souls. She serves dishes made from naturally grown, pesticide-free, wild vegetables and fruits such as papayas, bananas, and plantains grown in the area. She also bakes preservative-free bread by hand, creating lovely vegetarian breakfasts with vibrant colors, delightful aromas, and wonderful flavors.

Living in a place that is far away from nearby medical facilities, Minghui understands the importance of physical health. Therefore, she collaborates with local farmers to promote organic food and its link to physical well-being. This inn uses environmentally-friendly shampoo and shower gel, and also does not provide disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes. For guests staying for multiple days, they are encouraged to take their towels and bedsheets to the rooftop to disinfect them under the sun. To create an environment without light pollution, only adorable lanterns are provided for strolling under the starry sky at night.

「金剛山獨木舟基地」是由返鄉青年南州與日本的藤樫寬子小姐夫妻共同經營。南州原本從事導播攝影工作,然而,他內心一直有創業的渴望,於是他決定返鄉部落開設結合水上活動的露營區。基地提供獨木舟體驗課程、SUP、露營、車宿及生態導覽等多元服務。

"SurfMonkey" is jointly operated by the returning youth Nanzhou and Ms. Kagayashi Hiroko from Japan. Nanzhou, originally in television production and photography, decided to return to his hometown tribe and establish a camping site that combines with water activities, including canoe experiences, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), camping, car camping, and ecological tours.

來到長濱20多年,今年已經七十歲的詹師姐以六十幾種蔬菜水果再生花酵素,經一年以上發酵期、後調配而成。除了三款酵素可供選擇外,也有客製化的選項,凡舉任何腸胃不適、經期絮亂、改善體質、增強免疫力的需求,都有對應改善的酵素可分享給到訪的旅客。

Ms. Zhan, now 70 years old, has been living in Changbin for over 20 years. She specializes in enzymes, which she creates by fermenting more than 60 types of vegetables and fruits for over a year, and then blending them into various recipes. In addition to three standard options, Ms. Zhan makes customized enzymes for digestive discomfort, menstrual irregularities, improving overall health, and enhancing immunity.

詹師姐認為把每一個人、環境都照顧好,地球才能夠永續健康。堅持自然農法,與環境友好方式種植的蔬菜水果,身體力行無塑生活,減少垃圾產生。詹師姐說 : 「會傷害地球的東西,我一次都不會使用!」,她寧可部分葉菜被到訪的小蟲吃掉,也不使用化學農藥、即便堆肥所使用的米糠、木屑也都親自挑選沒有泡藥的原材。她把酵素分享給每個幫助她的人、聘請當地的部落青年,以終結貧窮、互助共好為目標。

Ms. Zhan believes that in order for the Earth to be sustainable and healthy, every person and environment must be well taken care of. She cultivates vegetables and fruits in an environmentally friendly manner and practices a plastic-free lifestyle to reduce waste. Ms. Zhan says, "I won't use anything that harms the Earth, not even once!" She would rather let the insects eat some of the leafy vegetables than use chemical pesticides. She even selects the rice bran and sawdust used for composting personally to ensure they are free from chemical treatment. She shares her enzymes with everyone who helps her and hires local tribal youth, hoping to end poverty and promote mutual well-being.

「Dongi 茹妮」雜貨店是由返鄉的志勇與豫禎夫妻共同經營,位於真柄部落,是非常具質感、重新改造的雜貨店空間。豫禎在2018年回到部落,看到曾經繁華的店面被閒置,決定將婉惜的心情轉換成主動的改變,兩個夫妻開始著手改造計畫。2023年,他們終於讓這間店面焕發新生,並隆重舉辦了開幕式。
本身就從事室內裝修的志勇,巧妙的拼貼鐵件與廢材的再利用成為樸拙而獨具風格的素材,整間店面有著溫暖舒適的氛圍。雜貨店不僅提供各種部落所需的用品,更以部落美食吸引旅人,店內主推當季野菜泡麵與醒酒麵,讓旅人能在店內吧檯品嚐部落媽媽們自家種植的蔬菜及山上採收的野菜。
東管處近幾年積極推動部落遊程,以一烈!海派過生活為品牌,「Dongi 茹妮」為此品牌店面之一,他們積極推動東海岸部落工作假期、童部野放等計畫,並提供與部落文化相關的體驗服務。

"Dongi Grocery Store" is newly opened and jointly operated by the returning couple, Zhiyong and Yuzhen, located in Zhenbin Village. They lovingly renovated the once idle storefront, infusing it with a warm and unique atmosphere, combining Zhiyong's interior decoration skills with recycled materials. The store serves as a community hub, offering essential goods and local delicacies, including seasonal vegetable noodles and hangover noodles made from locally sourced ingredients. They actively participate in tribal tours promoted by the Tungkang Cultural Office under the brand "TRIVEL IN SEA STYLE," which includes tribal work holidays, children's tribal adventures, and experiential services related to tribal culture.

「小藍點香草麵包坊」主人珮芳與登庸夫婦過去從事森林生態調查,多年前,他們帶著他們的孩子,從台北遷居至臺東,追求與大自然和諧共存的生活。過去幾年,登庸、珮芳一方面栽種有機香氛植物與廠商合作;另一方面也和餐廳相互配合,提供多樣性的可食香草,如:茴香、蝶豆花、芳香萬壽菊、迷迭香、香茅、墨西哥龍艾等⋯⋯,讓精緻料理的餐桌,融入土地四時山與海的氣味。2022年,他們租下台11線旁的一間老房,將其改造成「小藍點香草麵包坊」,製作各色健康有機香草手作,如:季節手採香草茶、純露、精油和手工麵包、米布丁等,並提供在地友善環境的農產品與蔬果。這個溫馨的空間,也成為朋友們方便聚會交流的新據點。

對於珮芳和登庸來說,離開城市的選擇讓他們感受到了大自然的祝福,而友善土地的信念,使他們連結了人與人的關係,包括了廚師與農人與自然之間的真誠合作。

"Tiny Blue Bakery," owned by the couple Pei-Fang and Deng-Yong, was born out of their desire for a more harmonious life with nature after quitting their forest ecology research jobs in Taipei. They cultivate fragrant and edible herbs and collaborate with local restaurants, infusing local seasons into exquisite dishes. In 2022, they transformed an old house near Route 11 into a bakery, offering healthy herb-infused handmade bread, rice puddings, and local products, creating a cozy gathering space for friends. Their commitment to the land strengthens community bonds, fosters cooperation between chefs and farmers, and supports local culture and well-being.
